I made an appointment on Thursday morning, took it when I got off. Mr. Bobby pulled it right in and started looking at it, we talked about what the issues was, I went through my warranty company. They sent texts to update me, as well as called, overall they completed the work in 1 day. I will DEFINITELY be going back, i have found me a new mechanic and will refer Apex to everyone!!!. I cannot say enough good things about Apex Auto Care and their team. After my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee failed a Maryland state inspection at another shop, I was told the vehicle needed both engine mounts replaced and that the parking brake had failed. The estimated repairs were significant, so I decided to get a second opinion. The technicians at Apex took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and explain everything they found. Their diagnosis was completely different: the engine mounts were in good condition and did not need replacement, and the parking brake simply required an adjustment. Their honesty and attention to detail saved me a substantial amount of money on unnecessary repairs. What impressed me most was their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to explain their findings rather than just sell repairs. It's not easy to find a shop you can trust, but Apex Auto Care earned my confidence through their integrity and expertise. Steve at Apex Auto Care was very professional! I arrived on time for my appointment. He let me know there was one car ahead of me, but that my car would be looked at next. I needed to get it checked because I was experiencing shudders when accelerating at low speeds. Apex preformed diagnostic tests on my vehicle and he test drove it. I left with peace of mind that my vehicle was safe to drive!! Thanks Steve

Took my daughters car to Apex Auto after getting god awful pricing for A/C service. Bobby was able to fix her car at a fraction of the cost. We were able to drop her car off then pick it back up in less than a few hours. I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family!

The hardest thing to do is find honest mechanics They truly deserve 10 stars no exaggeration their communication is top tier I have been to several shops in the area trying to get my car fixed I’ve been getting misinformed , expensive quotes and repairs done only to find out my car still was not fixed leaving me very frustrated and ready to give up on a car I love until I took one more shot in the dark and found Apex told them my problems exactly what I wanted tested and they solved my problem right away overall great shop honest and not trying to get over on you Steve is the man I’m only taking my car to them they make the auto repair industry look good! If you’re in Waldorf Call them I’m tellin you ! I feel safe if my car break down I’m towing it straight there! Great shop Great staff!

Very professional and when it comes to doing a pre-diagnostic check bobby has everything documented including images, displaying how your vehicle looked before the repairs. Mr. Muhammad diagnosed my car and found only a loose terminal. A second shop said the alternator was bad, but his repair saved me more than $800 in parts and labor! Trustworthy and professional! Highly recommend!

Many generation 3 Toyota Prius owners are probably familiar with the issue that this model has with potential head gasket failure (associated with clogged EGR systems). Finding repair shops that are competent in maintaining these vehicles, without breaking your budget can be challenging. My Prius Plug-in has a little over 91,000 miles now, and I want to be proactive in staying a step or two ahead of any issues. The repair guys at Apex Auto Care (Located in Waldorf, Maryland) are an outstanding resource for Prius owners (and other vehicle models too) in this regard. They’re astute with the uniqueness of the Prius EGR system, and make repairs seem almost routine (despite the complexity). They walk you through the repair process. Their prices are very fair, the facility is clean and organized, and they’re located in Southern Maryland, which is very convenient for me. I used to travel to Northern Virginia for competent Prius maintenance for years, but since learning about and soliciting Apex Auto, that’s no longer necessary. Anyhow, ask for Bob Beavers. He's the man!

I found this shop through a Groupon and decided to give them a try after seeing all the excellent reviews. I’m glad I did! Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and when I arrived, they took my car right away with no wait. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and were very welcoming. Service was quick and efficient — I arrived a little before my 11:00 AM appointment and was finished well before the scheduled time. Everything about the experience felt smooth and professional. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic with great customer service, I definitely recommend checking them out!
